I can't imagine anything more exciting for a fashion student then being in Paris, one of the fashion capitals of the world. Walking down Rue Cambon was an absolute dream of mine. Here, is the original Chanel store, once home of Chanel herself, and now office of Karl Lagerfeld and a very busy Chanel store. Further down this street, we began to walk by stores I can only dream of affording; Prada, Gucci, Celine, Aquazzura, etc. I felt like a little girl on Christmas walking by these stores, and window shopping... only window shopping unfortunately.
I find that the fashion in Paris, or Europe itself even, is much more evolved than that in Canada. It is something really unique, and has definitely caught my eye. Male and Female both put such an effort in their outfit, and even if no effort is made, they still look well put. I've seen a big scale range from people in a simple leather jacket and skinny jeans looking very stylish and put together, to women in Louboutin's and extravagant dresses . So far I have only seen fashion in Paris, but in a few days I will be jet setting to London, another big fashion city, and I cannot wait to see what kind of style is there.
